Q. Why should I choose WLimo?
A.  Experience – Founded in 1978 WLimo is the pioneer of door-to-door airport ground transportation, such as Logan airport shuttles, serving Central Massachusetts.  Safety – When you ride with WLimo you are with drivers who have all been through in-house driver/chauffeur training, have been CORI checked, drug screened and also carry a Department of Transportation Certificate, 7-D license as required by Massachusetts law to transport students and a Department of Transportation Medical Card. Value – Peace of mind knowing that your ground transportation needs will be on time and in a professional manner.

Q.  What type of service do you offer?
A. Shared van shuttles, private town cars, private vans, charter service, and point-to-point mini-coach service.

Q.  What if my location is not Massachusetts, can I still book online?
A. The towns and locations available on the web site are Massachusetts unless otherwise noted  such as “Cumberland RI”

Q.  How many different addresses are allowed per reservation?
A. You are allowed one pick-up or drop-off location per reservation.  Additional locations will result into an extra charge.

Q. Why should I book a ride?
A. You can sit back, relax, and let us do the driving.  WLimo provides on time door-to-door service from your home, business, hotel, or wherever you request.  Our customers tell us where they want to be picked up. Our drivers know the area and the best routes to get around.  As the pioneer in airport ground transportation we have mastered the art of the shared ride.

Q. Why should I book a Town Car service?
A. When you need privacy for phone calls, work on your laptop, or if you simply want to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Town Car service is direct and the most comfortable ride on the road.  All Town Cars have spacious leather interior, rear passenger privacy glass, 12 volt power point, spring water, and mints.

Q. How can I reserve a ride for my next trip?
A. WLimo offers the convenience of an online reservation system or call our office at 1-800-660-0992.

Q.  What are the benefits of having a User ID for online reservations?
A. You can confirm and view your reservations, regardless if you booked online or not, at any time.  Print past receipts and view history, make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours prior to pick up, and cancel your reservation online up to 6 hours prior to trip.

Q. Where do I find WLimo at Logan airport?
A. Shared van and mini coach: pick up areas are located in “shared and scheduled vans” areas.  Click here for your specific airline. Town cars: pick up areas are different for each terminal. Click here for specifics.

Q. Where do I find WLimo at TF Green airport?
A. Shared Van All passengers, once they get their luggage, should proceed out from baggage claim. Passengers should cross traffic lanes and go into parking lot and wait at the Limo Shelter.  Town Cars: All passengers will be met at the Information Center located on the Baggage Claim level. Drivers will have signs with “WLimo”.

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Shared Van: We can have you at the airport at 4:00 am for those early morning departures, and for late night arrivals at the airport you can book a ride for a 12:30am pick up time.  Our service is available 7 days a week. Private van, Town car, and Mini-coach: private service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve have holiday hours.  Please contact our office for further information.)

Q. What areas do you service?
A. Shared Van: We offer service throughout Central Massachusetts to Boston Logan, T.F. Green and Worcester Airport. Private van, Town car, and Mini-coach: Offering services to and from all areas of New England, New York and beyond.

Q. What if my flight arrives late?
A. We monitor all incoming flights, so whether you arrive early or late, we know the moment you’re on the ground.  Your original reservation is guaranteed as long as your flight is on the ground by 1:00 am.   Private van and Town Car service will be waiting for you upon your arrival 24 hours a day.

Q. What if I am traveling with a child?
A. Children age 11 and under travel free (one per adult). Have a child seat that you don’t want to take on the plane? No problem, we will store your child seat for you and have it on the vehicle when you return.

Q. When do I pay for my trip, and what forms of payment do you accept?
A. You may pay with cash or check to our driver. Most major credit cards are accepted and can be taken at the time you book your reservation. Credit cards will be billed the day before your first date of travel. For corporate accounts we offer the convenience of our Direct Bill Program.

Q. How do I obtain a WOO card and what kind of discounts does it offer?
A. Card holders receive discounts and special offers totaling well over $250 for cool concerts, dynamic theater, unique museums, magical music, street festivals, outdoor adventures and more — throughout Worcester County, throughout the year!
